BSP Intensive/Tapping Circle 6 months

Brainspotting intensive sessions offer a unique opportunity for deep self-exploration and healing. Through these sessions, you'll have the space to process past negative experiences, clearing the path for you to reconnect with your passions and discover new sources of joy. I feel honored and privileged to hold space for you on your Brainspotting journey, supporting the innate wisdom of your mind, body, and spirit. This offering includes two four hour BSP sessions, a one hour intake appt and a one hour follow-up visit. You will Zalsohave the opportunity to participate in six months of community energy healing in the small EFT Tapping Circles held on Thursdays at 6 pm Eastern time. This is a wonderful support following a BSP Intensive. I look forward to co-creating with you!
