Service Description

Brainspotting intensive sessions offer a unique opportunity for deep self-exploration and healing. Through these sessions, you'll have the space to process past negative experiences, clearing the path for you to reconnect with your passions and discover new sources of joy. I feel honored and privileged to hold space for you on your Brainspotting journey, supporting the innate wisdom of your mind, body, and spirit. We will work together for two, two hour sessions held in the span of one week. This package includes follow up support through the free Voxer app for two weeks post session.
