If you're curious about the transformative power of intuitive healing, incorporating techniques such as EFT Tapping, Internal Family Systems, breathwork, mindfulness meditation, Havening, and more, I invite you to join me for a collaborative energy healing session. It brings me great joy to share space with those who are ready to release what no longer serves them and embrace new possibilities. This offering includes an hour and a half of Energy Healing and three months of weekly EFT Tapping Circle support. The Tapping Circle is a small, supportive group that meet weekly on Thursdays at 6 pm Eastern time. There is great transformative power in group energy healing. I look forward to co-creating with you!
