Service Description

If you're curious about the transformative power of intuitive healing, incorporating techniques such as EFT Tapping, Internal Family Systems, breath work, mindfulness meditation and movement, I invite you to join me for a collaborative energy healing session. It brings me great joy to share space with those who are ready to release what no longer serves them and embrace new possibilities. Each session is an hour and a half and will include follow-up resources. I look forward to co-creating with you!
